What You’ll Do
As a Data Analyst & Systems Administrator at LeMieux, you will play a key role in managing and optimising our systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting business intelligence across the organisation. Working closely with the IT team and wider business, you will help enhance processes, improve reporting capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee data management systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency.
Monitor system usage, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure seamless performance.
Ensure data integrity by implementing and maintaining best practices for data governance.
Enhance reporting tools and support the automation of key processes to improve efficiency.
Provide user support and training on systems, ensuring best practice adoption across teams.
Manage and prioritise support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues.
Support the Power BI Analyst by investigating data discrepancies, validating reports and conducting ad-hoc analysis in Excel.
Manage manual data transfers between systems where automation is not available, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimise workflows and system functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support system enhancements and data-led decision-making.

What You’ll Bring
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across data management, system configuration and reporting.
An analytical mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify trends and solve problems effectively.
Technical proficiency, including experience with PIM systems, data management, strong Excel skills and an understanding of relational databases.
Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and improve processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate across teams.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools such as SQL and Power BI.
Experience managing support tickets, prioritising requests and ensuring timely resolution.
Ambition and drive to grow within a rapidly evolving business, taking ownership of personal development and progression.
