About the role

About Us

At Everflow, we’re on a mission to reshape the utility industry.

We’re an award-winning, fast-growing business delivering smarter, greener water, waste and connectivity solutions to businesses across the UK and we’re proud of the impact we make every day.

Our quest is simple but powerful: bringing services together to make lives simple. By saving our customers time, money, and energy, we give them the headspace to focus on what really matters – growing their businesses and making an impact.

And while free coffee and ping pong are nice (very nice, actually), they’re not the reason people stay. Our culture is. We value authenticity over ego, curiosity over comfort, and progress over perfection. We trust our people, encourage bold ideas, and believe success should never come at the cost of wellbeing or belonging.

The Role

As our Performance Analyst (Growth), you’ll be the analytical engine behind our commercial function. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to track performance, surface opportunities, and make sure the right data is in the right hands at the right time. Your work will directly influence how we win new business, retain customers, and grow revenue.

You’ll report into the Analytics Manager and work as part of a collaborative analytics team – sharing methods, maintaining standards, and continuously raising the bar on what great insight looks like at Everflow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be busy, challenged, and trusted to make a real difference. You’ll:

  • Build and maintain Sales performance dashboards and reports, covering pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue attainment, and customer acquisition trends
  • Analyse Salesforce opportunity data to identify patterns in win/loss rates, sales cycle length, and product mix – and turn those patterns into actionable recommendations
  • Support the Sales team with ad hoc analysis, forecasting inputs, and territory or segment-level breakdowns
  • Work with the Analytics Manager and data engineering team to ensure Sales reporting is built on reliable, well-documented data assets
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling outputs – whether that’s a board-ready slide, a self-serve report, or a well-structured email
  • Contribute to team-wide data quality and documentation standards, helping to keep our reporting environment consistent and trustworthy

What We’re Looking For

We’re less about ticking boxes and more about finding the right person. You’ll probably:

  • Have experience in an analyst role, ideally with exposure to commercial or sales data
  • Be confident using SQL to extract, manipulate, and validate data – and curious enough to dig into the detail when something doesn’t add up
  • Have worked with a CRM or sales data platform (Salesforce experience is a plus) and understand how pipeline and opportunity data is structured
  • Be able to build clean, accurate reports and dashboards that people actually use– we currently use PowerBI
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with non-technical stakeholders, adapting your style to suit the audience
  • Be organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

What We Offer

We take rewarding our people seriously (and not just with biscuits). You’ll get a competitive salary with annual reviews, a generous pension of up to 8% employer contribution, and life insurance worth up to three times your salary.

You’ll enjoy hybrid working (up to three days from home), the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave, an extra celebration holiday, and enhanced parental and sickness benefits.

There’s also free breakfast, free parking, an on-site gym at our Peterlee HQ, access to an EV company car scheme, and a cycle-to-work scheme. For your wellbeing, we offer 24/7 counselling, virtual GP access, and a healthcare cash plan covering dental, physio, and optical care – because looking after people shouldn’t stop at work.

Equal Opportunities

Everflow is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to creating an inclusive, diverse workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to be themselves. Through our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) policy, we ensure fair access to opportunities for all, regardless of background.
