About the role

Purpose of role

Support the delivery of accurate, timely data and insights that enable informed decision-making across the Customer function.

You will contribute to reporting, analysis, and insight generation while developing their technical and analytical capability, supporting the Customer Data & Insights team in delivering trusted data and fostering a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities and Main Accountabilities

Analysis and Insight Delivery

  • Supports the delivery of data analysis to address business questions and requirements
  • Interprets data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, with guidance from senior team members
  • Contributes to the translation of data into clear, actionable outputs for stakeholders

Reporting and Data Management

  • Develops and maintains dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment to agreed definitions
  • Supports data validation, quality checks, and adherence to governance standards
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes

Stakeholder Support and Development

  • Works with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs and supports delivery against requirements
  • Responds to ad-hoc requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Actively develops technical skills, business understanding, and ways of working, seeking feedback and guidance

As a Junior Analyst, your work will support the identification of commercial opportunities and contribute to improving performance across the Customer function through the provision of accurate, timely data and insight.

You will contribute as part of the Customer Data & Insights team, working collaboratively to deliver team objectives, with accountability for your outputs and ongoing development supported by Customer analysts and the team lead.

You will support the evolution of the role by building capability, learning quickly, and contributing to continuous improvement in ways of working, with opportunities to be involved in wider team initiatives and projects where appropriate.
