Data Analyst
Location: London, UK or Remote (Worldwide)

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve complex problems, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and analyse large datasets using SQL, Python, or other analytical tools
  • Design and maintain regular reporting systems and dashboards
  • Develop and implement data collection procedures to address business questions
  • Identify patterns and trends in complex datasets to support business strategy
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to understand their data needs
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings clearly
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
