About the role

About the company

We are a fast-growing startup at the intersection of quantum computing and financial services, applying cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to solve complex business problems for our clients.

Our mission is to deliver real-world impact through high-quality product development, operational excellence, and strategic client engagement. We value collaboration, curiosity, and ownership, and are building a team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About the role

We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the COO and leadership team in planning, documenting, and executing key initiatives across our products.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role combining elements of business analysis, project management, and product support. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable plans, tracking progress, and presenting insights to leadership and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys varied responsibilities, and wants to have visible impact on both internal operations and client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements across teams and projects.
  • Develop and maintain product development plans and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of PowerPoint decks, reports, and presentations for board, leadership, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and project plans to support transparency and decision-making.

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, or product support, ideally in startups or fast-moving environments.
  • Past experience in financial services, particularly financial markets, is highly desirable.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis).
  • Experience supporting product development, roadmaps, or project planning.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Experience

  • Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management or agile project delivery.
  • Interest in technology, data, and operational strategy.
  • Experience preparing materials for board or investor presentations.
  • Experience building client-facing materials and presentations.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with a discretionary performance bonus.
  • 25 days annual leave, healthcare, dental, life insurance, wellbeing app, gym membership, and training budget.
  • Opportunity to work closely with the COO and leadership team, with visible impact on company growth.
  • Exposure to cross-functional projects and client-facing initiatives.
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
  • A mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment focused on growth, learning, and real-world impact.
