A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Transformation team as a BI Developer, where you will play a crucial role in sustaining and developing the Visual Factory dashboards for the Small Gas Turbines business unit. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of BI dashboard development and maintenance, ensuring that our data visualization infrastructure supports effective operational decision-making. Your expertise will be essential in designing, building, and deploying interactive dashboards while maintaining data integrity and performance. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will translate their requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that our dashboards evolve to meet changing business needs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will design, build, and deploy interactive and user-friendly BI dashboards, focusing on the ‘Visual Factory’ initiative.
Maintain, support, and enhance existing dashboards to align with evolving business requirements and improve performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboard functionality, data accuracy, and performance.
Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data models.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be surfaced through dashboards.
What You BringA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with demonstrable experience working with BI platforms such as Power BI.
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and a commitment to process improvement.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
