Join our HR team and play a key role in delivering accurate, meaningful workforce insights.

Reporting into our Senior HR Reporting Analyst, you’ll manage data across our HR, Payroll, Recruitment and L&D systems, keep information accurate, and produce the reports that help drive business decisions.

Please note that this is a full time, permanent role based at our Hoddesdon office.

About our role

  • Maintain high‑quality HR data and support regular audits
  • Produce monthly dashboards and respond to ad hoc data requests
  • Prepare statutory submissions and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Support key HR projects including pay reviews and engagement surveys

About you

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data
  • Experience with HR systems (iTrent/TalentLink is advantageous)
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills
  • Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and handle sensitive information
