This is a stakeholder-facing role where you’ll transform data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making and improved project outcomes. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll help identify trends, provide analysis, and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital delivery across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a point of support for project teams, using plant telematics insights to help improve visibility, utilisation and day‑to‑day operational performance
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure information is clear, reliable and easy to use for decision‑making
  • Engaging with users to understand their needs and translating these into clear requirements for digital solutions
  • Supporting the coordination and rollout of digital projects, from early design through to implementation
  • Assisting with testing and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet project and customer expectations
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, supply chain partners and joint venture partners
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Digital Manager as required
  • Continuously developing your digital knowledge and staying up to date with industry best practice
  • Always working in line with Balfour Beatty’s safety, health and environmental standards

Who we're looking for

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to take a practical, customer‑focused approach
  • Good communicator, able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Experience using data to support understanding, provide insight and inform decisions
  • Knowledge of telematics, ISO standards and the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
  • Good time‑management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
