About the role

Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst and working closely with the Business Transformation team and Project Managers, you will act as a bridge between the business and IT delivery partners, getting involved in diverse range of change initiatives across the wider business.

Your role will primarily be to help identify change needs in respect of allocated projects, and assess the impact of those changes by capturing, analysing, and documenting As-Is / To-Be models, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing requirements.

Salary - Up to £41,000 per annum based on experience, enhanced by a quarterly bonus.

About you

  • You have a recognised Business Analysis qualification (BCS or IIBA Certificate or equivalent)
  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst and have experience working in a project or business change environment.
  • You’re able to demonstrable ability to quickly understand & evaluate business requirements to translate into logical and thorough documentation/
  • You have demonstrable experience of delivering change.
  • You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners, and suppliers.
