You will be joining the organisation at an exciting time and be a key member of a dynamic team that wants to deliver great landlord services and strengthen our links to the local community.

Our values
Our values add up to P.A.C.E. Passionate, Accountable, Connected, Excellence. As a community housing association based in the East End for nearly 100 years, we’re proud of the work we do to address the housing crisis through building and managing great homes.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead the delivery of KPI reporting and housing data insights across multiple systems, including HMS platforms such as Rubixx, enabling informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. The post holder will develop analytical solutions and reporting frameworks that improve data quality, reduce manual processes through automation, and support statutory reporting requirements such as SDR and Tenant Satisfaction Measures.

Your accountabilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead the delivery of standard and regulatory reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and supported by clear, insight-driven commentary that informs strategic and operational decision-making; work with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to a range of audiences, including senior leadership, translating analysis into actionable recommendations that support organisational goals
  • Own and lead data quality management, establishing frameworks, monitoring processes, and controls to proactively identify, track, and resolve data issues, ensuring high levels of data integrity aligned to organisational and regulatory requirements
  • Drive a culture of data ownership and data-driven decision-making, leading engagement with stakeholders to embed analytics into business processes and contributing to the development and evolution of the organisation’s data strategy

Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret, clean, and structure data from complex systems to produce actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (or equivalent), including working with large and complex datasets, optimising queries, and supporting efficient data processing across multiple systems
  • Experience leading or playing a key role in data migration projects, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity, and supporting successful transition between systems (e.g. ActiveH to Rubixx)
  • Experience with housing management systems (HMS) and their data structures, with the ability to understand how multiple systems interact
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable dashboards and reporting solutions that drive business insight and decision-making using Power BI (or similar).

Our benefits package includes:

  • Annual Leave: starting at 28 days, plus Bank Holidays
  • Subsidised Health and Fitness Membership
  • Simply Health – help towards the costs of dentist, optician, and private medical appointments
  • Employee Assistance Programme – including free legal, financial and counselling advice
